10 min, Poland. A short film reflecting on the human desire to approach, understand and experience an animal in the wilderness. It depicts an unusual situation where the animal is the observer and the human is being observed. The work is a collaboration between Ewa Górzna and Katarzyna Miron.
Ewa Górzna (born in 1982 in Poland) is a visual artist working in the field of moving image. She makes short films as well as multichannel video installations. She completed a Master of Fine Arts Degree from the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, Poland and the Finnish Academy of Fine Arts in Helsinki. Her works have been shown at various exhibitions venues and received multiple awards at several international film festivals. Currently she lives and works in Helsinki, Finland.
